6. Subscription Renewals

6.1 Automatic Renewal

7. Annual Subscriptions

9. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period (except for service outages)

10. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any subscription charges and is therefore not subject to refunds. Users on the Free plan may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
